Program description:
This intensive three-day program is designed to help professionals develop their capabilities in areas related to comprehensive chemical management.   The program includes training on business case development, scoping a program, negotiating a contract, initiating process improvements, new regulatory impacts, and change management theory.  The training provides a unique format with CMS providers and customers interacting and discovering their differing perspectives.

Instruction will be led by the Chemical Strategies Partnership management team, with several presentations from CMS practitioners and industry experts.   The program also has a focus on developing the leadership, organizational and communication skills of CMS professionals.

• Tour a CMS program site and experience the plant-level workings of an established CMS program
